I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

This is so hard. I need to sleep but I take long time to fall asleep sometime. Am I wasting time? I get up late unless I have an alarm clock too.
It's all about the amount of blue frequency light you get after the sun sets. TVs, computers, desk lamps, and tablets all send out a frequency of light that makes your brain think the sun is out. Your hormones will be signaling your body to stay awake.

You can fight this by reading a book under a special light color, or installing software that will dim your computer monitor to a specific frequency. You can also wear those special "blue-blocker" sunglasses after 9pm and after a few hours of wearing those your body is ready to sleep.

hmm well allegedly a lot of teens and slightly older do evolve to become more nocturnal.. those at uni have that happen a lot.. and once in that i would imagine its hard to get out of it
