I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Anyone else wake up at 3am...every damn night??? So frustrating! Guess it gives me good time to be here!

I am the same! I sleep from 11 to 3 and then I count the minutes til I have to get up! Around 5 I saw screw it and make coffee
