I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule
I go to sleep too late every night, then I sleep in - it’s of no real consequence as I’m on medical leave from work. But I’m trying to get better and sleep is a big part of that. Wish me luck as I attempt to go to sleep early tonight and get up early - I’d like to go for a morning walk/hike before lab work and my appointment with my doctor tomorrow morning. ☺️
