I love teams that each have a part
and as a whole everyone works together ,but each have our part to do
I have run 3 person teams ,and large crews
It only takes one trying to make themselves look good at the expense of
everyone else to mess it up ,,but its also easy to spot the problem
Its always good when everyone is good at what they do
