Don鈥檛 you hate it... 馃檮馃檮馃檮

Can we normalize that you鈥檙e not necessarily unhealthy for being petite? It irritates me that people think I鈥檓 a frail and sick girl every time they see me chomping down on a apple or a carrot. I assure you, I have energy enough for two grown men. Most people think that I eat too healthy, but I don鈥檛 see the downside to it. I feel great. I鈥檓 not in any pain, I feel light on my feet. I鈥檝e also been told it鈥檚 not good to never eat meat, but I鈥檝e gone long periods without it on and off for years at a time and I have no issues. (I鈥檓 not vegan, I鈥檓 just not a big fan of most meat. Mainly just steak.)

There are no "right" and "wrong" body types. If a person is reasonably healthy and feels okay about their body, then they are the right type. Being small or skinny is fantastic, regardless of a person's biological sex, gender, or sexuality. Same for being full-bodied. The judgment is absurd.

I completely agree, I think its outrageous when people talk about large women as: ''real women''. It negates all other women types, how is that woke (as they often intend the statement to be).

Whatever works for you. I eat like 2500 calories a day of healthy food but that just works for my lifestyle. haters gonna gate

@curiosi ugh I heard that growing up also - I was super skinny as a teen.

Just do what makes you feel good; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
