Random thoughts from my hike
After a day where I felt down. after passing that feeling everything looks so beautiful and the sounds I hear more deep. I’m paying more attention to both and I love it. It’s like the sadness made me more aware of what’s around me. I’m not in my head thinking about things that will happen or have happened so I can be more present. I can see how it is possible to get stuck in sadness because you get a hyper awareness that makes you feel more alive, but when you come down from that you might feel worse.
