I Feel Sad

It's sad when almost everyone doesn't appreciate me. Especially when I give my time, strength, heart and effort to make our projects happen, but my leader would still blame me if something bad happen. I see favoritism. Me and my colleagues needs to meet the due dates, while his people is chilling. I kinda hate it but I don't want to lose my respect.
