I Do Not Support Gun Control

I'll go even further: I support the right of the individual to own anything the military itself can procure.

Meanwhile, one of my biggest problems with #GunControl is that no one actually does support it. That there's this ironic truth when people say they don't support gun control, because the truth of their position is they are perfectly fine with unfettered access to guns-when it suits them. Such as government employees, despite the fact they are the most prone to murderous rampages (indeed, more people have been killed by cops in 3 years than mass shooters in other 4 decades). In reality, it's more aptly called Citizen Control since the intention of any #GunControl measure ultimately translates to being about controlling what non-lawbreaking citizens are able to do.

My second biggest problem with #GunControl, which goes hand-n-hand with the previous issue, admittedly, is that those who support it clearly are not interested in a gun-free world. If they actually were interested in a #GunFreeWorldZone, they would get together to form their own culture and they would wear symbols and colors (ex. white) denoting the fact you support gun control. That way they would be able to send a message to any would-be gun owner how much you value their armament of choice.

Does this mean you see eye to eye with the BLM movement.. I mean after all you are saying police kill people all the time so you agree that sometimes innocent people are killed on the streets. Right?

@JollyLily However, that's also all we see eye-to-eye on. BLM is nothing more than another authoritarian group of people brainwashed into believing a wolf should guard a flock of sheep.

If you want to stop a wolf from eating your sheep, you have to harm it at least (and potentially kill it), and the only way to harm a wolf is with a deadlier weapon than what the wolf has in its arsenal. Likewise, the only way to stop cop brutality is by hindering their ability by promoting the strength of the individual instead of running to the system that protects them from the rest of us.

Good.. at least your opinions seem consistent.. usually I'm used to white angry fearful conservative men excusing and defending police brutality against minorities and at the same time want to keep and bear arms because they are terrified of tyranny reasserting itself.. like if you really love police so much what tyranny are you afraid of? And if you are skeptical of authorities then why defend their brutality when it's done to non-white people?

Of course the same can be said about democrats. They are so skeptical of police and so critical of the US Army in general, yet can't wait to ban guns and reward those they are skeptical of with a monopoly on violence.
