You're definitely not ugly.
To my eyes, you look a lot younger than 32, perhaps only 24. Some people are lucky that way; the advantage will be looking more youthful in old age.
But looks are not the issue. There are plenty of ugly men and women who have no difficulty finding sexual partners or committed relationships.
To find a partner one needs to:
1. Be proactive.
Know what kind of woman suits you (similar values, interests, tastes and goals), where women like her are most easy to find, and put yourself into that place often enough to get to know them. One of them will end up being a mutually good choice.
2. Develop relationship skills so that you can [i]be[/i] a desirable partner.
Ideally you will need social and emotional intelligence, empathy, good ethics and good communication skills.

That's why I'm becoming a stripper. I'm a scared lil mouse. im good hearted with morals. But it's something I want to try. Famous people come to this club all the time. I want to be an actress. You can find people with connections. How do u think Cardi B got famous. She was just a stripper. Now she is very well known and everyone loves her.

Looks wise you were dealt an above average hand.
Most people who claim to be in your situation have issues with perception. A combination of upbringing, early social trauma, lagging social skills, poor environment, and possible haywire hormones can send you into a tailspin of retarded social life growth.
You must change course. You could benefit from a mentor in your life to help you navigate and see things clearly and get the help you need. If I made alot of assumptions sorry.
