you can try to message most everyone. although if you're trying to trick people into weird conversations, you'll likely just earn blocks, reports, and possibly eventually getting tagged/tossed. if it's not the kinda thing you can ask sw as a whole, it's probably not a very good plan to try to ask individuals that you haven't built some sort of relationship with.
