I have hadesphobia and religious OCD.

So far one week being celibate, After this accident I never been so scared I had face death previously in suicide attempts, but this accident thought can come to am end any moment. I'm just asking God to deliver me from this one, never looking back to my sinful past but rather I have started working on overcoming mine sinful nature.

The problem is going for strict religious ascetics is a form of compulsion, and while you may get short term relief from the religious OCD, it will worsen it long term.
