There comes a time when you have finally removed yourself from someone's grip, that things become so much clearer.

I wanted to believe you.
I wanted to believe all of the things you promised me...
That you wanted a future with me...
That I was the one who was supposed to be your queen...

But it was all bullshit.
Complete and utter crap.

You used me for what you wanted and tossed me out when I didn't behave like you thought I would.

Yes, as you so aptly stated... you should have known.

You should have known that while I am emotional and loving...I am also strong and not afraid to fight for myself.


You should have known I would not accept your lame excuses.

You should have known that I was not the same as the others.


You should have known that I would pull that mask off and expose you for exactly what you are...

A coward.
