My mother died and had a lockdown funeral.
She didn't die of covid but I think she didn't get proper medical care. She kept having strokes and 'a bit of pneumonia' but not covid.

It’s difficult times we’re living through. It’s a shame how many deaths were caused by declined treatment as Covid was treated as the top priority last year. Even this year people being mislabeled with a sickness they don’t actually have. So many more dying alone. It’s heartbreaking to say the least. I’m deeply sorry for your mothers passing. There has been so much loss this year. I hope we will see its end sooner than later. 🖤

@SomeMichGuy thank you. My brother in the UK advocated for her a lot, and each of us (her offspring) were asked for consent before she was put on morphine near the end. My sister in the US was keeping me updated. I said just give her whatever she needs.
