I Like To Tie Up My Balls

I enjoy and get turned on when my balls are in pain. I tie up my balls, tight, then slap, pull, and squeeze my balls. I need to find new ways to hurt/pleasure my balls and someone to grab my balls, submit to them as they inflict lots of pain.
