Suggestion: Let the page automatically scroll down to the previous position when hitting the back button of the browser.
This is rather hard to achieve, but the admins will look for a solution at a later stage.

is there a base help page for SW that explains some of the things/intents that site has? can someone add (or if it doesn't exist), create an explanation for things like... the difference between a user showing up as 'removed' with a purple X vs. a red X vs. a circle with a line through it? it seems like it'd be good to be able to point people to a page for some general usage questions that often come up and be able to ask questions that can then be added to the help page. things like 'what's the difference between mute and block? why would you choose one instead of the other?'

We apologize for the confusion.
As we are working in other urgent features/improvements at the same time, our work in loading your EP contents is still in development.
The reason we have that button/panel is to allow us collect some contents so that we can test the load/import when we start developing. We need to have several examples to ensure the load/import will work well and free of bugs when we avail that to users.
If you have uploaded your EP contents, you don't have to upload again. It's currently saved in a secure place, and we will let you know when they are ready to be loaded/imported. Don't worry - we will allow you to choose what contents to import.

Some great improvements. Is there any news on an App for smartphone users? It seems to have gone quiet so I guess there are no plans? Not a deal breaker, however, an App will provide another dimension to thousands of users. Thanks
