What are the updates on other ways for members to recover their SW account in the case of losing access?

Secondary Email Address, Phone Number, and Secret Question and Answer were mentioned as options to recover a SW account in the case of losing access.

I will be looking for ward to the filtering. Some have asked if that will affect the number of people blocked as explicit content is all some do post.
