We have some great new announcements for you about recent developments to the site, as well as something special coming next. 😃

We have allowed users for months to import their EP exported archives into Similar Worlds.

Now with the latest release, [b]you are finally able to see all of your old Experience Project contents conveniently on Similar Worlds![/b]

You can import your EP account/archive into SW if you haven't already, via this link: https://similarworlds.com/settings-importep

Once your EP archive has been imported and processed, you will be able to see and control:

[c=#004A59][b]• [u]EP Imported Posts[/u][/b][/c] - Stories and Questions that you posted on EP.
Visit your SW profile to see your EP posts [i][c=#666666](they will be at the end of your posts list)[/c][/i].

[c=#004A59][b]• [u]EP Imported Messages[/u][/b][/c] - A full history of your Private Message conversations from EP:

[c=#004A59][b]• [u]EP Imported Groups[/u][/b][/c] - A list of Groups you were actively joined to on EP:

[c=#004A59][b]• [u]EP Imported Photos[/u][/b][/c] - Images you Received or Sent on EP can be found in the Private album called "Imported Images".

(You are able to [b]Hide and/or Delete any EP imported content[/b] you wish to)



[c=#004A59][big]• Control Post Notifications[/big][/c]
You now have much better control over your subscription/notification preferences per post.




[c=#004A59][big]• VIP Feature: Close Post[/big][/c]
After 3 hours from posting a Story or Question on SW, you can choose to Close/Lock that post from receiving further comments.



[c=#004A59][big]• Improvements to Private Messages[/big][/c]

[b]○ Archive Messages[/b] - To help avoid accidental permanent deletion of conversations.

[b]○ "Unread Messages" Filter[/b] - To make it easier to find all unread messages.

○ Users cannot send images in [b]new conversations without the recipient first ever responding[/b] - To prevent inappropriate unsolicited pictures.

[b]○ User tagging[/b] now works correctly [b]Private Messages[/b] (no notifications sent).



[c=#004A59][big]• Improvements to Preventing User Abuse[/big][/c]

○ After Unblocking a user, there will now be a [b]24 hour wait period before being able to Block[/b] that user again.

○ Replaced/Changed usernames are now [b]Locked from being taken for 1 week[/b], to help prevent impersonation and other malicious actions.
