Do you consciously put enough effort to change the monotonous life?

Existentior · M Best Comment
Yes Ms. robot, I do, every day.
@Existentior what do you do?
@SimplyLogicalDiscipline I work hard towards studying the technologies I need to study so that I can get a better-paying job, offering me better liberties with my money and time.

I work hard to tick all the boxes that need to remain ticked in life, all the classic accomplishments: driver's license, etc.

Once I have all those boxes ticked, I will need to see for a plan on how to further make my life non-monotonous. I certainly don't plan on routining my way through life, like all the rest of the boring saps out there do. Ya clock in in the morning, ya leave in the afternoon. Ya sit your butt in traffic, ya get home. Maybe you do some gym, maybe you do some hobbies. Oh no, it's time to sleep. Repeat. No, I don't want that life.

Right now my monotonous life is about having to do the same things every day to get where I want.

Yes. And each time it turns out hilariously bad. I'm some sort of tragicomic character I guess..
@SW-User I have noticed you for a while, you need some positivity in life

I step outside the norm now and then for those things you can’t squeeze in every day but I’m not often bothered by the usual.

My life had been, more frequently, troublesome and interesting than monotonous.
