I don't have a first language, really. I started speaking three languages at about the same time, but English is the language I think in. I don't really have an accent that indicates I'm foreign in any of the languages I grew up speaking.

watch tons and tons of movies and sitcoms, and then once you are very familiar with the lingo, start to watch them with captions and mute on, and read them aloud as you go with an “English” accent as well as you can.
