Do you write?

I just wrote myself a poem to read when I'm dealing with junk at work. It's titled "It's okay".

"...don't change anything about you because of how others treat you. Be happy anyway, it's okay!...do your best, have joy, smile, and pray because it's okay!"

Probably sounds stupid to you but there's more that pertains to me and is more personal.

@iamnikki it's very therapeutic. you should go. it'd be good for you.... just go with the idea of being open. there's a good quote about that somewhere...
