@SIMPlyLogicalDiscipline Try checking out below sites..

https://www.coursera.org/
https://alison.com/
https://www.lynda.com/
https://www.edx.org/
https://www.udemy.com/courses/

Lynda is LinkedIn’s official eLearning platform. They give 1 month free trial.

In Coursera, You may need to pay for certification, otherwise learning is free.

Udemy often came with a offer of $10 per(almost any) course. If they don't have this offer right now, you can wait for a while, they will definitely have the offer soon.

In India please check if there are any courses for you on NPTEL. It is joint venture between Govt. of India and IITs. You can get a certificate recognised by Ministry of HRD, GOI for nominal fees. Course will be free.

Others are almost free.

Also check for few universities, like MIT, they offer many free courses and tutorials. Like, https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/sloan-school-of-management/15-660-strategic-hr-management-spring-2003/

There are many other resources, Internet is an ocean of knowledge.
@ABCDEF7 thanks a lot :) lynda and nptel are new for me :)

Internet, but you have to be careful about wrong and misguided stuff.
@ABCDEF7 I am genuinely interested to know the sources where people learn from , and internet is an obvious response :/

@SIMPlyLogicalDiscipline That depends on what you want to learn. For example, to learn the programming techniques I often refer stackoverflow.com Udemy and youtube are also a great source for tutorials. Like for Indian cooking you can refer Nisha Madhulika website or her youtube channel. To know about people and facts you can refer wikipedia, etc, etc..
@ABCDEF7 great :)
