Theater tickets: Would you pay $500 to see "Hamilton"?

@DefiantHeart I hear you. The prices for both sports and theater really fire me up. It keeps the 'regular' people away. It kills me to know how many Dad's would love nothing more than to take their kids to a game but they just can't afford it. I think that's all kinds of messed up.

@Ynotisay Isn't that sad? Not to forget half of the father's today are paying an arm and a leg for child support, and while the mother goes and blow, you have the father wishing he could just have time with their kid at the ball game.

@DefiantHeart Yep. It's so wrong. And a place like Disneyland is out of the question for way too many people. A Dad wanting to take his two kids for the day? You're looking at a minimum of 300 bucks before parking and food.
Yeah. The "Happiest Place on Earth." Sure thing.

Oh! And don't forget the fact that you'll only ride 3 rides in 8 hours due to the long lines, unless you pay an additional $50 to cut everyone else in line.

@DefiantHeart Yeah. That's the kicker. They kind of shove it in people's faces. You're special if you can pay for it.
Yeah. It is sad. I can afford to go but have protested Disney for a while. I really hate what they do to that family from the Midwest who just want to share something special with their kids. That business model doesn't get my money.
