Just hit a deadlift rep PR for the third week in a row 馃槺

No idea where that's coming from, I've gone so long without any real improvement, and even hurt my back in August

@BeefySenpie I'm actually more comfortable going for reps. I find that it works really well for me to hit medium-high rep ranges for deadlifts

@cultofaction Most of the time I've kept my reps very low, which is great for strength but not ideal for size. Maxed out at 407
