Do you think buying an Island is a good idea?

Problem is you never know if it would be wiser to put all those who irritate you on it, or live on it yourself AWAY from them.

Probably for the purchaser. Perhaps not for the inhabitants, if there are any.

Not as good as buying a mountain IMO.
