Some criticism: Seems like the mouth area is kind of hanging or drooping; like the mouth and nose area or the area below the eyes is relatively disproportionate. I can imagine that she would look better/prettier if the area below the eyes weren't so long and if the lips were narrower towards the edges.
What you may have done is overlooked the angle of the head (leaning forwards), and treated the back of the top of the head as the top of the front of the head (as though the head were not leaning forward). I'm under the impression that a proportionate head irl is about as long above the eyes as below the eyes?
You have a good instinct for tone. Hair is mostly about sections of tone with soft edges, and a suggestion of texture rather than the individual hairs, which I think you've done. Think about where the highlights are in the hair - where was the light coming from? In her hair it seems to be directly in front - but her face suggests the light was coming down because the highlights are on her forehead, top of nose, chin... so... the highlights in the hair should match the direction of the light on her face.
She looks like she's either mad or about to do you-knowwwwwww. The hair is nice but needs work on correct shadowing on the right side of her hair (because it looks a bit flat). Other than that, the hair is well done. The nose's edges looks a bit sharp - I'm not sure if that's realistic. The best part is the eyes, lips and skin nuances.
Talent takes practice. Each painting that I paint is practice for the next one. The more we practice the more we improve. There are very few Artists that can paint the Mona Lisa on their first attempts. lol 8)
