Girl talk. How do you deal with girl drama?

Sometimes it's easy to let things go. But it doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. Sometimes, even after apologies are said, the feelings don't return to the way they were. Maybe it just needs time. I hope it just needs time.

But trust issues are things that I haven't perfected handling. It's disappointing when someone doesn't trust you enough not to mean them harm. And it's frustrating when you realize that by doing so, you end up not trusting them to put extra effort not to hurt you. In the end, you feel you want to stay away.

Depends on the person... Things can be mended, but with others it's rather imposible and is good keeping a distance

@Casheyane I use to be friends with a girl at first we talked everyday did stuff together but after a year and half her true colours started to show

she didn't talk to me much and she hated to admit when she was wrong it got to the point where she like ur messaging me too much but yet half them messages where different days because she didn't want to admit she wrong she didn't open the messages let days worth of messages build up and then claimed I sent them all at the same time and day

the only time she talk to me is when she needed or wanted something other than that she just ignore me

so I deleted her number and I stop being her friend

No kidding.. here in Ireland most of the women are toughies!
They are drama free!
They brush themselves off and move on and don't talk about it.. they would admit that being dramatic is a weakness!
Having said that...
That is why perhaps I don't have many female friends as I'm not as strong as that!
However I do have a no bullshit attitude!

@Dusty101 I've always wanted to go to Ireland because of the views. But now that you say that, it sounds even more interesting. Perhaps the world could use some toughies to bring out girl esteem.

@Casheyane I have a core group of about 4 and there's no drama at all. We're all grown women with painful pasts and we value each other enough not to cause each other more pain.

@ProdigalSummer That sounds lovely :) I guess at my age, and knowing their lives without the loss of a loved one, it gives them an excuse to be immature. Sometimes, I want to escape that though. Experiences bring maturity. Maybe I'm not as mature as I claim to be. But sometimes when I see how they treat me and others, they remind me of my past.
