My friend had 1/2 of his lower intestine removed. Does that make him a semi colon?

@katielass Yes he is a survivor. He spent 16 years on the street. Drinking himself to oblivion every night. I met him about 12 years ago and he quit drinking and found steady work.

@wackidywack I just found out about it tonight. I am planning on visiting him tomorrow. He will be in the hospital for at least a week.
