Have you ever had a friend that shunned you because you told them the truth aboit something when they asked for it?

My friend got angry at me because My best friend and I spoke the truth about her deadbeat boyfriend who abuses her and she thinks she can change him. She asked for the truth. We weren't rude. Now she won't talk to us. We want to help but she called that betrayal. She has bruses and a black eye. She deserves a lot better. She's 17 like we are.

She's 17. And she has bruises and a black eye? Where's her parents?

He has to work on his form.
He’s not hitting her hard enough.

Maybe a uppercut that might change her mind.

@Dateless What if she has a chin made to take a punch?

Apparently

He should elbow her in the jaw @MrBrownstone

She wouldn't be with him in the first place if she has any self esteem. Sometimes it takes a long time before what someone says sinks in and it becomes the truth. You did the right thing.

He should be working on his jab @curiosi

My mother once pushed and pushed and pushed me to tell her what I really thought of her new husband, so I did and she got all cunty about it.
