Do you think my best friend is too clingy?

My best friend asked if I want to video chat right know and she is bored. I gotta clean house. I don't care for video chat too much. She never asks anybody else she only ask ME only. She said I'm the only friend I can trust and she prefers to hang with me more than hee other friends.
