Why do people say they will be your friend when they are just going to leave the next day.
What was the point of messaging me at all then? Seems like a waste of time just to message someone you don't want to talk to, to begin with.

It takes two to tango.
I chat with loads of people but very often I find they have nothing to say. If I ask "what have you been up to today"...if your reply is..."not much"...or worse "nm"... I have nowhere to go but ask something else, or chat on about myself. If however you say "nothing special, popped to the store, watched some TV"... I'm going to ask what you bought, what you watched, I'm getting to know you.
In just the same way, you gotta ask questions to get to know me too or it seems like you just don't care.
Talking about the niff naff "boring" stuff is where real friendship lies. Never be afraid that your life is not interesting enough. Just tell it like it is and remember to ask back and you'll make friends.
