I'm surrounded by Joshua trees. They're normal to me because I see them everyday but they undoubtedly look alien to outsiders (don't not answer the title question...)

Our city park had red raspberries. They're gone because they attracted the homeless.

I live in what to most city people would no doubt be termed a forest. It's just a bunch of oak, maple, pine, and fir trees. But I'm on the outskirts of a smallish town, so definitely suburbia.

Not alien, just looks more isolated than it is.
